"No Makeup" Makeup Look

9.20.2013

Surprise! I have a video for you. Not the greatest quality, so be patient with me until I can get my hands on a new camera (my last one drowned in the washing machine...ugh).

If you want to see how I get a natural, "no makeup" look in just a little over 5 minutes, then take a look at the video! I'll list all the products below :)

This is a look that I love to wear on a daily basis. It's super simple and is perfect for when you're in a hurry or don't want to look like you're wearing a ton of makeup.

-- Benefit Porefessional Primer: I dab this onto my face, concentrating the product into areas where my pores are most visible.

-- L'Oreal True Match Foundation in W3 Nude Beige: I put the product all over my face and blend it out using Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, making sure to blend to my neck to avoid a the "mask" look.

-- Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Palette: I use the lightest color for under my eyes and the green tinted color to cover up blemishes or any redness.

-- NARS Pressed Powder in Fiji: Using a Real Techniques Powder Brush I pat this powder onto my face to avoid moving my foundation/concealer. I take the product all the way down my neck.

-- MAC Mineralized Blush in Warm Soul: Using a Real Techniques Blush Brush I apply this product onto my cheeks, adding a little to my forehead and nose to warm up my complexion.

-- Maybelline Rocket Volume Express Mascara in blackest black: I apply a couple coats of this to my lashes; sometimes I like to pair this with other mascaras but for this look I only used this product.

-- Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in 613 Just Enough Buff: My favorite nude lipstick; just to give a hint of color to my lips.

-- Milani EasyBrow Automatic Pencil in Taupe: Since my eyebrows are pretty sparse/over plucked I just do a quick fill with this pencil to complete my look.

Any questions or suggestions? Leave a comment or e-mail me! :)

  1. I'll have to tell my friend about the Milani EasyBrow pencil because she's been looking for one to fill in her eyebrows, thanks for the tips!

    1. No problem! It's a good pencil, and my favorite I've found so far. I really want to try a pencil from Anastasia but hers are pretty pricey. The Milani is a good drugstore one that's really inexpensive. Thanks for commenting :)
