So I've been thinking for a while now about starting a series on my blog/YouTube channel and I've come up with one called "coffee talk." I figured I could discuss topics that are relevant to my life or might be relevant to some of my readers/viewers. Watch the video below or read on for more information!
- Surround yourself with positive people who make you happy and bring out your happiness
- Seek out advice from your loved ones, friends, co-workers, or whomever you feel comfortable sharing your feelings/thoughts with
- Focus on your blessings and things you have to be grateful for. These can be the smallest things, but we all have many reasons to be grateful
- Keep yourself busy
- Do something you enjoy/that makes you happy
- If you feel like you can't handle the stress on your own don't be afraid to seek professional help. That's what they're there for!
