Prime lids and eye area

Urban Decay Vice 2 Palette : Habit, Dope, Rewind, Shellshock & Smokeout
Habit: Eye lid | Dope: Inner corner and on part of lid | Rewind: Crease | Shellshock: Pack onto lid
Smokeout: Outer V and slightly up into crease

L'Oreal Paris Carbon Black Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner in Carbon Black
For a thick line with a dramatic wing

L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner Pencil in Black
Line top and bottom waterline then smoke out lower lash line using excess "Smokeout" from pencil brush

Maybelline Great Lash Mascara in Blackest Black | L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara in Carbon Black | Maybelline Rocket Volume Express in Blackest Black
Load on that mascara!

Anastasia Brow Wiz in Brunette | Anastasia Brow Gel in Brunette
Starting from the "middle" of the brow, working to the tail then using a light hand to fill in the front end of the brows; set with brow gel

Prestige Lipliner in 15 Plum | L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in 892 Raisin Rapture
Line lips then fill in with a dark plum color

Maybelline Lip Pencil in 50 Red | Wet 'N Wild Lipstick in 911D Stoplight Red | Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in 830 Rich Girl Red
Line lips then fill in with red matte shade and top off with a glossy/shiny lipstick or gloss
