Dramatic Smokey Eye

Hello beauties! This tutorial is WAY longer than intended, but it gives you a super in-depth, step-by-step tutorial for how I get this dramatic, go-to smokey eye look. I love doing my eyes like this, and it's definitely a versatile look that you can switch out with other shadow colors, lips, and hair styles. Dramatic Fall Makeup Look!

This is one of my favorite looks for fall this year. I love combining a smokey eye, dark lips, and dramatic contour. Watch the tutorial on my channel or follow the steps below the video to achieve this look!

First I applied L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base primer, then the lightest shade of concealer from Sonia Kashuk's Hidden Agenda Palette under my eyes and all over my lids.

I like to do my eyes first to avoid getting any fallout on my foundation that I would have to wipe away.

-- Using the color Sidecar from my Urban Decay Naked Palette, I use my Real Techniques Eye Shadow Brush to pack the color on my lids. Then, using a deep plum color from my BH cosmetics palette I apply this color starting from the center of my lid working outward and slightly up into my crease.
